Introduction
The conference organizers see a special need to map the landscape how the social accountability is taken into account in information and communications technologies (ICT) today. Towards this purpose, we are calling for papers that will introduce the situation around the world.

Deadline for submission of extended abstracts: October 1st, 2004.
Referee’s decision: November 15th, 2004.
Full papers due: February 28th, 2005.
Final papers due: April 15th, 2005.
Conference: June 27-29, 2005.
